For interior design services, there are no limits. We service all areas, including out of state. We welcome any and all out of state clients.

2. Acquisition of furnishings, art, and accessories

BK Design Associates has access to all major design centers and art galleries, as well as some of the more out of the way shops. We discount your purchases so that you never pay full retail price.

3. Space planning for interior floor plans and furniture layouts for new construction and remodeling

We, at BK Design Associates, are skilled drafts people and renderers, from a complete floor plan of a whole house to a single room furniture plan or a 3D conceptual picture. By communicating our design concepts to you in this manner, you are assured that space plans fit your needs and wants exactly. Additionally we provide complete documentation and specifications for all plans and selections.

4. Construction supervision or contractor services of remodel and renovation projects

By entrusting your project to BK Design Associates you avoid costly errors. If you simply would like for us to supervise your own contractor, we act as your eyes in the event you are not able to be on the job yourself. However if you need a contractor to proceed with the construction, our expert contractor services results in less time to complete the project with the benefit of quality workmanship of our highly skilled craftsmen. BK Design Associates employs some of the finest craftsmen in the area to implement our designs or yours. From plumbers and electricians to carpenters and painters, we offer turnkey design/remodeling contracting services.

5. Consultations for new home purchases and remodeling projects

Please consult with us as early as possible when you decide to purchase a new home or remodel your existing home. If you plan to custom build or remodel, the best time to contact BK Design Associates is before construction begins. We will review architectural plans to ensure your needs are being met to the highest degree. If you plan to purchase a home already under construction or just completed, we are available to determine the home's potential as it relates to you and your family. However regardless of the stage, we are happy and excited to assist you in your new home or newly remodeled home.

We commence work on your project upon execution of our Letter of Agreement, which is based on an hourly fee with established minimums and maximums. For New Construction projects, we work on a flat fee basis. All fees are based on the stage we enter the project, as well as the size of the project. Clients may opt to "pay as you go" without a Letter of Agreement. We charge for the initial consultation. If a Letter of Agreement is executed within 30 days of the initial consultation, the initial consultation fee will be credited towards the retainer. BK Design Associates offers our clients furnishings and accessories at considerable savings. Prices for merchandise purchased through BK Design Associates are presented in a Purchase Contract and based on a retail-less-percentage basis.
